Every rental comes with a 5-day window built into the flat price — $400 for the 15-yard, $450 for the 20-yard, delivery and pickup included. That's not a teaser rate with a daily charge hiding behind it. Five days is what most jobs genuinely need, and we set it up that way so you're not doing math about your own driveway every morning.

What projects really take

A garage or single-room cleanout is usually a weekend, and plenty of people are done in a day. A bathroom or kitchen demo runs two to three days once you're pulling cabinets and flooring. A roof tear-off is often a single hard day. Whole-home cleanouts and estate jobs are the ones that stretch, because the sorting takes longer than the hauling every single time.

Finish early and you get money back

If you wrap up on day two, don't let the container sit there out of habit. Call for pickup and we'll credit $25 toward your next rental. It gets the box off your driveway, it gets the container back into rotation, and it saves you something on the next job. Plenty of our repeat customers just make this part of how they work.

If your job runs long

Things slip — weather, a subcontractor, a surprise behind a wall. Call us before day five rather than after. We work with project timelines and we'd much rather adjust than have you stressed about it. This is one of the real advantages of renting from a small local outfit instead of a call center: the person answering can actually make the decision.

Contractors: think swap-outs, not extensions

If you're running a job that's going to generate more debris than one container holds, the answer usually isn't a longer rental — it's a swap-out. We pull the full one and set an empty one, and your crew never stops working. Tell us the shape of the job when you book and we'll plan the swaps around your schedule instead of reacting to them.

Book it for when you'll actually use it

The most common mistake is having it delivered too early, so it sits full for three days doing nothing. Pick the day you'll really start. We can usually get a container out same or next day when we can, across Corpus Christi, Calallen, Portland, Robstown, Ingleside, Aransas Pass, Flour Bluff, Annaville and Gregory — so there's rarely a reason to book it a week ahead just in case.
